1 SCOPE.
This specification describes the requirements for a sprayable waterborne paint. It can be applied to, but is not limited to, such products as rear axles, prop shafts, and integral steering gears. The paint is an emulsion system that contains less than 12 g/L VOC. It is suitable for spray applica-tion at room temperature (22°C) over steel, cast iron, and forgings.
