1.1 Material Description. This specification defines the basic physical, chemical and performance requirements of waterborne solutions used for both purge of waterborne basecoats and for cap cleaner of equipment used to spray waterborne basecoat. These materials may be supplied as concentrates, but requirements are based on the ready-for-use mixtures in de-ionized water.
