1 SCOPE.
This specification details the requirements of a high bake, nonpaintable, nonexpanding, weld-through sealer capable of being pumped at ambient temperatures. In addition, this material must be capable of being applied fully exposed over the top of oily metal joints and resist wash-off through phosphate and E-coat with no loss of material and only very minor distortion of the bead. The material is intended for use in the body shop to seal body joints against water, dust and air intrusion.
