1 SCOPE.
This specification covers a thermoplastic coating for sheet metal that has been coated with a variety of coatings such as ELPO, plastisol and topcoat. The material is suitable for room temperature spray application over room temperature steel. The compound is an emulsion that contains no hydrocarbon solvents, asphalt, or fibrous fillers such as asbestos. The product must be stored above freuing temperatures. The material shall be nontoxic and noninjurious to plant personnel.
