1 SCOPE.
This specification describes a climatized diesel fuel for year-around use as a factory fill. For use from March through August the fuel is equivalent to No. 2 diesel fuel (9985495). For use from September through February the No. 2 diesel fuel is mixed with No. 1 diesel fuel (9985494) such that the resulting blend will permit vehicle storage and operation at ambient temperatures of - 20 C and higher.
