1 SCOPE.
This specification covers materials of the type commonly called water base release agents. In addition to providing optimum separation or release between urethane foam and typical mold constraction materials (epoxy, steel, aluminum, etc), this system must not expell toxic, flammable, or environmentally degrading materials into the atmosphere. Although the mold release may contain cettain solvents, emulsifiers, or other chemicals, the net effect must be a nonhazardous, nonflammable, nontoxic environmntahy safe lelease agent.
