1 SCOPE.
This specifcation covers ultra high molecular weight (UHMW) polyethylene films precoated with a rubber based pressure sensitive adhesive protected with a silicone release liner. This film is designed to provide surface protection against scratches, stone chips, chafing, and mechanical wear. It can also be used where antistick and low coefficient of friction properties are required. This film has a maximum service temperature of 105 C. It is not used in decorative applications.
