The material described in this specification shall perform as an adhesion promoter, and as a plasticizer migration barrier for PVC/pressure sensitive tape combinations. Its usage can increase the bond strength of tape to PVC, and slow the migration of plasticizer through the PSA tape.
This material may be applied by brush or roll coater to the ground or unground vinyl surface.
