1 SCOPE.
This specification covers an adhesive/sealer that is used to bond weatherstrips to production painted body panels. The adhesive can also be used to seal gas tank fuel emission separator gaskets to compartment pan joints since it is gasoline resistant The adhesive shall be pumpable and suitable for flow gun application. It shall be compatible with and have good adhesion to applicable weatherstrips, gasket materials, and current production topcoats. The adhesive has a low VOC formulation.
