1 SCOPE.

This specification covers the mixture of an anaerobic two-part structural adhesive for hem flange bonding of exterior body panels. Sheet metal substrates include oily steels (galvanized and cold rolled) and aluminum. It is intended for application to take place in the body shop prior to ELPO primer bake. The adhesive cures at room tempemture to resist movement between inner and outer panels during body and paint shop processing. Full strength is obtained during ELPO primer bake.
