1 SCOPE.

This specification describes the requirements for a multi-purpose synthetic lubricating oil containing Teflon TM, intended to be used as a general purpose body and chassis lubricant for temperatures ranging from -23 to 176 degrees C. It was first used as an assembly aid lubricant and a sliding door lubricant on vans.
