Material Description.

The adhesion promoter is an air dry system (solvent-borne) than can be applied with a gravity-fed wipe, a felt-tipped applicator, or similar applicator. The bonding surface must be clean, dry and free of foreign matter. Contaminated surfaces should be cleaned with an untreated, lint free cloth saturated with isopropyl alcohol. The promoter should be applied in a thin, uniform coat on the surface to be activated. Allow for thorough drying (approximately 60 s) prior to applying the tape. Tape should be applied within 1 h for best results.
