1 SCOPE.

This specification covers the requirements of opaque or translucent decorative coatings used on the second surface of acrylic ornamentation attached to the vehicle exterior. These coatings may be inks, paints, or hot stamps. They may be used in conjunction with vacuum deposited metals. They shall be sealed with GM262M protective back coatings.
