1 SCOPE.

This specification describes formed carpet assembly with an open cell, MDI based, ether type, polyurethane foam material for use as vehicle interior floor covering. Not intended for direct contact with floor pan in areas that may exceed 121°C. 1.1 The face material shall be constructed using man made (synthetic) fibers, dyed and finished with a backing to be acceptable in color, pattern and physical properties as outlined in this specification.
