1 SCOPE.

This specification covers the adhesion and durability requirements for a¿ heat transfer label. The label may be applied to thermoplastic parts or interior cloth covered parts. The hot stamp transfer label is applied to a carrier film and subsequently transferred to the appropriate surface area by a heat transfer process. An example of an application is the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint label (SIR label) which is located on sunvisors.
