1 SCOPE.
This specification describes the requirements for high density cellular polyurethane materials with low compression set characteristics to be used as gaskets for vibration damping and vibration and shock isolation. The material may be low modulus (soft) to high modulus (firm). This material is intended for use in applications with operating temperatures below 122 degrees C. It is not intended for use in applications which require water sealability.
