This specification covers three types of hose 12.7 mm diameter and larger, coupled and uncoupled, for use with gasoline, oil, or diesel fuel in automotive fuel systems. This hose is less permeable than GM6196M, and has a lower maximum temperature limit than GM6196M, GM6272M, and GM6289M. The maximum temperature limit for this hose is 100 degrees C.
