This specification covers climatized diesel fuel for uses in vehicles that will travel public roads and any other vehicles where a climatized low sulfur fuel is desired. It is not to be used for the tilling of new vehicles at the factory. This specification describes a climatized diesel fuel that will permit vehicle storage and operation at ambient temperatures of -2O degrees C and higher.
