1 SCOPE.

This method provides a means of determining if adequate heat stabilizer has been added to a PVC compound or if excessive heat has been used in processing vinyl parts. This test attempts to approximate the total heat exposure encountered in the high temperature weatherometer in a very short time period. It is useful for quality control purposes.
