1 SCOPE.
This standard outlines the essential features of oil pressure sensors and switches (OPS) which should be specified by the user in order to achieve a high degree of reliability in service. It includes a performance work sheet (Table 1) which is to be completed by the oil pressure sensor user to provide the supplier operating values necessary to meet application requirements.
