This procedure provides a method to test whether a primer surfacer is sensitive to ultraviolet energy which may lead to topcoat delamination. The primer submission will disclose the upper formulating limit of any aromatic ether (epoxy) content, and all testing will be at that upper aromatic ether (epoxy) limit.
