1 SCOPE.
This procedure is used to evaluate the state of cure of elastomer materials by determining the equilibrium percent weight change in toluene. It is recommended that this procedure not be used in connection with fluorocarbon based elastomers or any other materials which swell less than 25% upon exposure to toluene.
