1 Scope
1.1 The purpose of this procedure is to evaluate projection weld fasteners for weldability and performance. 1.2 This test applies only to threaded fasteners. If the requesting engineer is testing an unthreaded fastener and the mating threaded fastener does not exist or its data is not sufficient, the requesting engineer should be consulted for further testing specifications or pa-rameters.
