1 SCOPE.
This document specifies the requirements for seat belt switches (both reactor and buckle assemblies) used in low current applications, which control the functions described below. The switch must be located within the buckle or retractor, be fully protected, and not be removable without the use of tools. Switch operation or switch failure must not affect the performmace or operation of the seat belt assembly.
