1 Scope This test method is used to determine the resis-tance of painted plastic parts, plaques or roll goods to sunscreen lotion. On parts where the size or shape restricts the ability to get an adequate test specimen, painted flat plaques of the production intent material shall be used in lieu of parts. This is provided that the plaques are painted using the same equipment, processing conditions and manufacturing location that will be used to manufacture production parts for vehicle assembly.
