This specification covers the properties of a recycled 15% glass fiber reinforced/25% mineral filled, heat stabilized nylon 6, pellet form, injection molding compound.
APPLICATIONS. Typical applications include the following: engine control module bracket and cover.
RECYCLED MATERIALS. Materials under this specification shall have a minimum of 25% recycled content by weight, as defined in GM502M. Post-consumer and/or post-industrial materials apply.
Virgin material, GMP.PA6.012, may be substituted for this recycled material provided parts made from "virgin" material have been approved by the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
