This specification covers the properties of a recycled, general purpose, heat stabilized, Nylon 6 molding compound.
APPLICATIONS. Typical applications include the following: seat belt retractor parts.
RECYCLED MATERIALS. Materials under this specification shall have a minimum of 25% recycled content by weight, as defined in GM502M. Post consumer and/or post industrial materials apply.
Virgin material, GMPPA6.008, may be substituted for this recycled material provided parts made from virgin material have been approved by the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
