This specification covers the properties of an unpainted, UV stable, integrally colored black or very dark gray, reaction injection molded polyurethane integral skin foam. This material is UV stabilized and does not require paint to meet the part performance requirements for natural weathering. This material is limited to black and black - family colors (such as ebony 167A).

Material Description. This material is to be UV stabilized and intended to be used without paint. All interior colors will not be able to be achieved with this material at the desired UV performance level. In the event specific, non-black like colors are needed that cannot be achieved molded-in-color please utilize GMP.PUR.001 and paint. Approved paint systems that can be used on that material are listed in the GM Approved Paint on Parts Systems (GM APOPS) database.
