This specification covers the properties of pain-table, metalizable, and bondable injection molding grade of bulk molding compound that is reinforced with 11% glass fibers that are about 12.5 mm long.
Paintability. Approved paint systems that can be used on the material are listed in the GM Approved Paint On plastics Systems (GMAPOPS) database.
Bondability. The material must meet the bondability requirements of GM3629M.
This material must be capable of being vacuum metalized.
