This specification covers a composite material which consists of circular knitted cut pile material (EMS 1000) as cover, flame bonded to poly-etherurethane foam according to EMS 0061 which is flame bonded to knitted fabric as back material used in trimming applications such as seat cushions and backs, head rest, map pockets, etc.

The knitted fabric on the assembly backside shall have the brushing direction of cut pile cover clearly printed and easily perceptible.

Final appearance of the combined material shall not be affected by process conditions such as areas with lack of adhesion, wrinkles, etc.

Color, brightness and texture shall be in accordance with the Master Sample released by GMB.
