Highly thixotropy vinyl chloride base adhesive used for structural adhesion of slightly oiled steel substrates without treatment and galvanized.
Material shall be homogeneous, that is, free from non-mixed particles and capable of being applied by a pressure-multiplier pump, manually extruded by gun or by robot, or also applied by automotive equipment denominated “spider”. This material was developed for hood and trunk lid panels bonding. It shall not sag and shall resist phosphatizing and elpo systems, high temperatures and it shall be capable of receive painting.
