In the case of any conflicts between this document and the program specific technical specification, the program specific technical specification takes precedence.

This specification establishes the Integrated Fuel Tank Assembly requirements for General Motors (GM) gasoline, gasoline blend, and diesel fueled vehicles. The functions, performance, design constraints, and validation required of the Integrated Fuel Tank Assembly are directly defined in this document or a reference is made to another document.

Refer to the Fuel Pump Module Component Technical Specification (CTS) for requirements specific to the module.

This document contains component technical specifications common to all programs. Reference the program/vehicle specific document for additional requirements unique to the application.
