Typical Applications. This material can be used for transmission seal and thrust washer applications on steel mating surfaces with a minimum of Rockwell C 28. Materials with high strength, high temperature resistance, good transmission fluid resistance and good wear resistance are expected. It is user's responsibility to validate its feasibility of running against soft mating surfaces, such as aluminum.
