Purpose. This standard describes a test procedure to determine the adhesion (pluck resistance) of automotive moldings and emblems attached with pressure sensitive adhesive tape to test panels coated with an approved current exterior automotive paint system.

Applicability. This test procedure determines the adhesion (pluck resistance) of automotive moldings and emblems.
