Purpose/Material Description.

This specification covers the properties of a heat stabilized Polyamide 46, pellet form, injection molding compound. This material is not tested for interior emissions; if it is used on the interior, the parts must be tested.

The material abbreviation according to ISO 11469 is >PA46<.

Applicability.

Typical applications include high temperature bearings, electrical connectors, cable ties and gears.
