Material Description. This specification covers the properties of impact modified, plasticized, heat stabilized, extrusion grade Polyamide 612 resin. This resin is plasticized for increased flexibility.
Symbols. The material abbreviation according to ISO 11469 is; PA612-I and part marking is; >PA612-I<.
Applicability. Typical applications include: fuel system components, coolant overflow tube, cable jackets. This material is not for use in interior applications as it is highly plasticized and will not meet interior emission requirements.
