The material abbreviation according to ISO 11469 is >PS+PE< or >PS+PP<.

Applicability.

Typical applications are energy absorbers for safety applications.

Remarks.

The classification is separated into Types according to different ranges of densities, colors, and chemistries. The intended application, interior (INT) or exterior (EXT), shall be specified in the material callout, and meet any additional requirements defined in this specification.
