This specification details the requirements of pumpable, paintable sealers. These materials are air drying in nature. These materials must not degrade in the presence of gasoline.

Purpose/Material Description.

The materials must be smooth homogeneous mixtures free of air, lumps, unmixed particles, and foreign materials.

The material must adhere to all production electrocoat/electrostatic deposition (E-Coat/ELPO), topcoats and other paint coatings. It must have good durability and must not accelerate the rusting of steel over which it is applied.
