1 Scope

This procedure uses a 45-degree cantilever testing apparatus to determine flexibility of nonlaminated au-tomotive upholstery textile materials based on bending length and flexural rigidity. It is not recommended that this test be performed on laminated fabrics whose laminates have been removed.
