This standard covers physical determination of volume and composition of dissolved gases entrained in a pressurized liquid hydrocarbon sample using a flash equilibrium separator. It is applicable to pressurized liquid hydrocarbon mixtures that originate from wellsite equipment. Refer to Table 1 for recommended compositional ranges of pressurized liquid hydrocarbons.
