This document is an example of a minimum requirement specification to aid purchasers in procurement of OH1 type pumps.

The specification is broken into three parts.
- Part One (30.1.1 Generals Requirements) such as submittal documents, delivery, storage and handling, quality and warranties.
- Part Two (30.1.2 Product Requirements) describes products, materials, equipment, fabrication, systems, and assemblies, their quality requirements, service conditions and performance criteria, factory testing, and spare parts.
- Part Three (30.1.3 – Execution) deals with the scope of work to be performed during the installation, field testing and start-up of the equipment on site.
