1. SCOPE
This specification describes a white translucent grease-like material of medium consistency suitable as a seal and lubricant for cable connectors, battery terminals, rubber door seals, switches and rubber and plastic O-rings and as an assembly lubricant for various metal-on-plastic and metal-on-rubber combinations. Some of its features are low volatility, high dielectric strength, moisture resistant, good thermal oxidation and chemical stability, highly water repellent and a service temperature range of 55 degrees C to 200 degrees C.
