1. SCOPE
This specification covers the requirements of an inner door trim panel assembly which embodies a hot formed extruded wood fibre filled thermoplastic composite combined to a coverstock of fabric or PVC. The door trim assembly shall also include a means by which it is fastened to the inner door panel. The fastening system shall be secure and serviceable under conditions normally experienced in car environment and fully comply with detailed engineering test requirements.
