1. SCOPE

This specification covers the requirements of a one component, warm applied urethane adhesive. The adhesive is primarily intended as a glass bonding adhesive, but also can be used to bond painted body parts, with or without the use of paint primer. The adhesive may improve the structural rigidity of the vehicle in terms of body stiffness. The adhesive, by means of its warm applied nature causes it to have quick grab properties. The adhesive will not significantly degrade in structural and/or adhesive properties and performances when subjected to direct weathering or dynamic vehicle vibration. 1.1 This system must be capable of being dispersed with production equipment. It shall be compatible with production systems.
