This specification covers a plastisol type sealer, capable of being applied directly over ELPO primed surfaces and intended for sealing dash panel assemblies. It requires good adhesion to electrocoated dash panel assemblies.

The material is applied by extrusion gun and can be brushed. It is generally used for sealing cockpits on the vendor’s cockpit line.

The sealer shall be grey-black in colour and shall be smooth, homogeneous, and free from lumps and unmixed particles. It shall cure in the dash panel oven used to fuse the dash panel deadener.
