The Thirteenth meeting of the Air Navigation Conference (AN-Conf/13) was opened by the President of the Council, Dr. Olumuyiwa Benard Aliu, at 1000 hours on 9 October 2018 in the Assembly Hall of the Headquarters of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Montréal, Canada. The Secretary General, Dr. Fang Liu, addressed the Conference and the President of the Air Navigation Commission, Mr. Claude Hurley, addressed and attended the Conference. The closing Plenary was held on 19 October 2018.
