INTRODUCTION

Regional Supplementary Procedures are normally formulated at regional air navigation meetings and become effective after review by the Air Navigation Commission and approval by the Council.

Amendments to Regional Supplementary Procedures may be proposed by a Contracting State or group of States as set out in Section 2 or by an international organization as set out in Section 3 or may become necessary as a consequence of action by Council in adopting or amending Standards and Recommended Practices or in approving or amending Procedures for Air Navigation Services as set out in Section 4.
