INTRODUCTION
The International Conference on the Authentic Russian text of the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago, 1944) was convened by the International Civil Aviation Organization at the same time as its 22nd regular Assembly Session to adopt the authentic Russian text of this Convention and the amendments there to. The Conference was held in Montreal from 19 to 30 September 1977.
