IEST RP-CC001.5 covers the basic provisions for HEPA and ULPA filter units for applications requiring extremely high filter efficiency (99.97% or higher) for submicrometer particles. The RP provides performance information for 11 filter types, defines six construction grades, and includes a handy Filter Selection Guide that lists typical applications for each filter type.
