The extraction-spectrometric method (A) is applicable to products having copper contents up to 0,5 % (m/m), the spectrometric method (B) is applicable to products having copper contents from 0,1 to 1 % (m/m). Cancels and replaces the first edition (ISO 4294-1978), of which it constitutes a minor revision. ISO 4294 should be read in conjunction with ISO 4297.
